Delivery - Ideally someone will be able to accept the flowers when they are delivered, if not then please provide instructions e.g. leave at front door, deliver to reception. If sending to a business address please mention what time the recipient is at the address until. Please also provide any other info helpful for delivery in the delivery instructions e.g. gate codes.

We will leave flowers at the delivery address if it is deemed suitable at our discretion, if it is not deemed suitable to leave these then an additional redelivery fee may be charged.

Flowers - flowers are a perishable product, and unfortunately do not last forever! We source fresh, high quality flowers every week so that you can enjoy them as long as possible. We recommend changing the water every couple of days, removing any blooms that have done their dash and giving the stems a wee trim to prolong their life. If you have any concerns about your flowers, please notify us within 24 hours so we can discuss.
